This Blanco Tequila was produced from blue agave harvested exclusively from one farm. Hence the name. The organically-grown piñas are harvested, roasted and double distilled all on the estate. Seeing as it's a blanco expression there's no ageing to be seen here, so all the fresh, grassy agave notes are there in abundance.
Somewhat oily, with sweet cut grass, white pepper, vegetal bell pepper and fresh green herbs, along with a touch of citrus.
One of the best quality tequilas you can get. Clean and smooth for sipping neat. Very nice! Highly recommended.
This is the best tequila in the market, is the only one I drink. The flavor is so smooth, completely different.
