It Tequila production, the 'NOM' is a number shown on bottles that indicated which distillery it was made at. The ArteNOM series showcases Tequila sourced from Exceptional distilleries, and this one is made in at the Tequileña Distillery in Atotonilco El Alto, Jalisco. The añejo Tequila is initially aged in Cabernet Franc wine barrels before moving to Canadian and Tennessee rye whisky casks, so it'd got layers of fruit and herby spice, alongside notes of butterscotch and creamy agave.
