Wharf Long Apple
An apple-based aperitif from the Wharf distillery in Northamptonshire, which they make by combining their own apple brandy with fresh apple juice. If apples are your thing, then yeah, you're probably going to be pretty happy with this. They recommend pairing it with cheese, and frankly we can't think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Obvious apple notes right up front - just a hint of sharp Granny Smith amongst the Golden Delicious deliciousness. Honey and cut grass notes develop in the background.
