Trinity 25
London-based Spirit of Bermondsey has crafted Trinity 25, distilled from English grain and cold-infused with juniper, along with the distillery's 'trinity' of spiced botanicals (which explains the first part of the name). Cardamom, coriander seeds and black pepper are infused to give it an aromatic, before it's bottled up at 25% ABV (which explains the second part of the name). A great alternative to use in place of gin in cocktails and the like.
Slightly zesty, with prominent juniper notes, fragrant cardamom and a kick of black pepper on the finish.
I was bought this a gift for my birthday as I have been wanting to drink lighter alcohol. I must say this hit the nail on the head. It's lighter, refreshing, zesty and still has a good kick so you know you're enjoy alcohol. I'll be buying this myself from now on!
