Rebel Rabbet
It's the third exciting 'category-defying' spirit from Rebel Rabbet, made with some of the world's most lavish ingredients! Another instalment in the Rebel Exile series, RES3, subtitled End of Austerity, is a spirit flavoured with white Alba truffles, filtered through beluga caviar and also features vacuum distilled orris root. No wonder only 100 bottles were produced. Decadent indeed.
Intriguing and complex. Musky, earthy and slightly funky, with salty maritime notes alongside full bodied floral parma violets, subtle warming spices and a dash of citrus.
