Really great alternative to your standard spirits for cocktails like gin or vodka - goes particularly well with citric flavours such as grapefruit. Definitely a cool one to pull out at a cocktail party as different to anything else I've personally tried before!
Bought this as I'm from Finland and I grew up drinking Birch water. Found this had a bland flavour. The earthy Birch flavours are lost and you are left with a watery vodka. Certainty no vanilla notes. Bit disappointed beautiful bottle. Just a bit of a confused product with an odd after taste
A truly beautiful spirit. I bought it as a birthday gift for my niece and she enjoyed it very much, her boyfriend (mixologist) made a few interesting cocktails and we were all pleasantly surprised with the smoothness (40% ABV).
