From the Bristol-based Psychopomp Microdistillery comes a Single Origin Coffee Digestif, which makes use of single origin Ethiopian coffee beans from local roasters Clifton Coffee. Of course there are some obvious cocktail candidates for this spirit, though it would almost certainly work just as well over ice cream and in other desserts.
Rich, almost creamy fresh espresso notes, roasted coffee beans and a slight undertone of dark chocolate.
Love it; however if you had the "honey" treated version again I would buy this regularly!!
