Another non-alcoholic spirit from the Lyre's folks over in Australia, Aperitif Dry is made in the style of a dry vermouth. Plenty of floral and fresh herbaceous notes in this one. Should be a handy addition for any booze-free cocktails you've been meaning to whip up! Once opened, you'll want to keep it in your fridge and consume within 12 weeks.
Suitably dry with notes of bright citrus and anise, supported by more savoury and slightly bitter notes of cut herbs.

Herbal smell and flavour, with a bitter aftertaste. It's not unpleasant, but I'll keep searching for an alternative.
