Revolution Moonshine - Release 1 70cl

An interesting first release here of - not entirely unexpectedly from a grain to glass spirits producer - aged malt spirit from Telford's Ironbridge Spirit Co. Unpeated malted spring barley was fermented and distilled in house and then filled into a remade and retoasted cask that previously held whisky. It can't be called whisky itself as it spent less than three years maturing (probably only a few months, in fact), but perhaps a few releases down the line we could be talking about a new English whisky distillery...?
