High Point’s Ruby Aperitif is made in Cornwall, made by fermenting natural ingredients, including tea leaves, and then infusing a special blend of all natural botanicals that includes hibiscus, lavender, wormwood, pink peppercorn, orange zest and grapefruit. Love this product. A grown up alc free drink, that also mixes into a delicious low alc negroni. One of the best non-alc drinks I've tried.
Not a great product. We tried at an expo and at a bar and the consistency was shocking! The first was slightly sweet, with floral notes and a hint of citrus, but had that gacky feel you get from year old vermouth. The second was Bitter, dry, and oddly salty, with that same stale cardboard old vermouth taste.
Yeah this is finally a good non-alcoholic option. Thank god, I was losing hope.
So easy to serve with tonic. Bitter and citrusy - not overly sweet. Which is what I usually hate about "mocktails"
