The folks at Herbarium created Distillation 29, an alcohol-free spirits, to be paired with tonic – with a well-balanced trio of juniper, citrus, and spicy flavours, it works deliciously well!
A core of bold, oily juniper, with a burst of lemon, and peppery spice in tow on a dry finish.

Complex and multiple flavours and works well with every tonic I have tried and juices. Really good alternative and you don't need much so goes a long way.
