A rye-based spirit from Lymington's Dancing Cows distillery, made with rye, maize and barley from a local Keyhaven farm. They also utilise a unique accelerated ageing process, which results in a light, fruity style of spirit. The name comes from the turnstone bird species, which turn over stones on the beach in search of food.
