An unaged rye spirit from the Wasmund's range, produced at the Copper Fox distillery in Virginia, USA. They use a recipe of two-thirds rye and one-third malted barley, which has been given a light smoke using 60% applewood and 40% cherrywood.
Spicy though clean. Hints of vanilla and a touch of honeydew melon.

Excellent spirit, hint of smoke which is something I find extremely pleasant. Strong but very smooth. I hope I can continue to find this in NE MD area. This was last bottle at a random store I stopped at.
