Wasmund's Rye Spirit
An unaged rye spirit from the Wasmund's range, produced at the Copper Fox distillery in Virginia, USA. They use a recipe of two-thirds rye and one-third malted barley, which has been given a light smoke using 60% applewood and 40% cherrywood.

Spicy though clean. Hints of vanilla and a touch of honeydew melon.
