Aged for 12 months, this would-be-whiskey is made from mash bill of 2/3 rye and 1/3 hand malted barley.
Do not be fooled by the reported youth of this whiskey, it is an incredible drink. Classic rye whiskey flavors are layered with huge spice and a wonderful, smooth sweetness. In side by side tastings against powerhouses such as High West 16 and 21, and Whistle Pig 10 and 11, Copper Fox Rye has consistently been my top choice.
