Smells grassy like freshly cut sugar cane. No nasty alcohol bite, understated sweet taste that has a smooth mineral finish a tad like sweet oysters. Wondering how a higher % or more aged version would taste like.
During my last trip to Phuket, I randomly came across this distillerie and being myself an amateur of Rum, i can tell you this is a great product. Too bad I only could bring up to two bottles. But luckily i can find it here in the UK!!!!
