Borrago
Borrago is an non-alcoholic spirit made using a combination of six specially selected botanicals, which are all steam distilled individually, then blended together to create the elegant flavour profile. Serve it as you would a gin - the producer's recommended serve is with tonic water, garnished with lime and mint.
Floral at first, with hints of coriander and lemon developing afterwards.

We were so excited to find a no sugar, non alcoholic replacement for gin but hugely disappointed when we tasted it! It’s horrible and tastes and smells like medicine or a very strong chemical. I’d rather just drink the tonic on its own!
Delicously dry, heady, complex and refreshing. Makes a myriad of nonalcoholic cocktails. Having fun creating a new drink every night
