We've ran out of coffee puns/pop-culture reference, so we're just going to say that the Batshit Mental Ideas Cold-Infused, Cold-Distilled Coffees are a range of spirits that only someone with a ridiculous love of coffee could have brewed up (OK, maybe we had one pun left).
This particular expression is made with Costa Rica Finca Arbar El Oasis Red Honey Caturra beans, grown at an altitude of 1600m. To capture all the yummy compounds that make fresh-roasted, fresh-ground coffee taste fantastic, the beans are roasted, cold-macerated and cold-distilled in a matter of days.
Nose: Pineapple cream cheese on toast. Tangy tropical fruit, slightly barbecued, with chocolate sauce.
Palate: Chocolate sauce, chicory and fructose.
Finish: Sweet peaches.
Overall: Totally tropical with hickory 'n' chicory.
