Albion Racing Club
Albion Racing Club is a unaged British spirit (from Cambridgeshire) made using malt which has been distilled five times in copper pot stills. This spirit is then steeped in vanilla pods, Columbian coffee beans and raisins, similar to a spiced rum, and vacuum filtered before bottling. Bags of character and enjoyably sweet with notes of Crème Brûlée and dark coffee.
