Sahara Spirit 50cl

Sahara Spirit is inspired by the Mahia, known in Arabic as the “Water of Life”, a traditional Moroccan fig and aniseed spirit drink. Founder Omar Oualili spent over three years researching and developing the recipe to create something fit to celebrate his heritage, but also tailored it to suit the British palate, reducing some of the aniseedy qualities and upping the fruitiness. Due to limited alcohol production capabilities in Morocco, Sahara is produced and bottled (at 40% ABV) in Scotland in small batches, with organically sourced ingredients and the pristine waters of Royal Deeside Mineral Water.
