Gonzalez Byass
A top choice for enjoying as a dessert Sherry, Gonzalez Byass' Nectar Pedro Ximénez is jam-packed with sweetness (think thick caramel, dried raisin and coffee), joined by a prickle of oak-y spice. Gorgeous stuff.

An Amazing p.x, very rich, notes of raisins, prunes, dried fruits. Sweet. Wonderful
Delicious! It tastes of figgy pudding and is just a wonderful dessert sherry - especially at Christmas
I bought some actually to give taste to my small oak casks. Bottled it back a month later. Then I filled the cask with single malt spirit. It did a wonderful job. The sherry I drank for a longer period. Very deep and oily. Sweet, nutty, dried fruits and more sweetness. Worked very well also when poured over ice-cream. Gonna buy some more...
