Description

The flagship offering from London sake producer Kanpai! Created following traditional low and slow brewing, it's designed for contemporary session drinking, and can be enjoyed both warm or chilled (45°C or 10°C are the suggested serving temperatures). It's brewed from Japanese Gohyakumangoku rice, 70% polished and fermented with Japanese sake yeast for a versatile, delicately savoury profile that'll work well with smoky barbecued food or seafood, and ought to add an interesting element to cocktails.
