Kumo sake is made using premium Japanese Gohyakumangoku sake rice, but is distilled in Peckham at Kanpai! This lightly dry and cloudy sake is the perfect accompaniment for rich chocolatey desserts.
Off-dry, notes of tropical fruits and spiced banana.
I think this is my favourite nigori (cloudy) sake
great value for such quality. Bought this cloudy version as SUMI was out of stock, but this was just as good if not even better!
Have drunk a lot of cloudy / nigori sake over the years. Astounded that this by far the best. Notably it is not too sweet and not too thick. Great stuff !
