William George Rum Bottling Note

William George Rum is the creation of bartender Andrew Nicholls, named to honour his two grandfathers, William and George. The rum was distilled in Jamaican pot stills and Trinidadian column stills, and was then blended in Amsterdam.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Bright lemon, cut grass and sugar cane, tangy pineapple, a touch of vanilla.

Palate: Big, bold, fruity esters at the fore, macadamia nuts, mint. Pineapple again, now in the shape of Upside-down cake.

Finish: Soft nutmeg spiciness on the finish, plus a hint of chocolate.
