Another yummy single cask rum from Hunter Laing's gorgeous Kill Devil range. This one was distilled by the West Indies distillery in Barbados back in June 2000 and allowed to age for 16 years before being bottled at 46% ABV. A release of 243 bottles. Haven't seen many single cask bottlings from the West Indies distillery, so rum fans ought to be very excited about this one!
Big bodied, with notes of red apples, summer berries, tobacco and white pepper.
