Trois Rivières Ambré Rum
A smart and very tasty gold rhum agricole from the Martinique-based Trois Rivières. This is an affable, quaffable spirit distilled from fresh sugar cane juice. Great value for money and stunning in mixed drinks.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Fruity and spicy nose, with notes of cooked fruit, bananas in syrup, Demerara sugar, custard and rum and raisin. Touches of dark chocolate.
Palate
Medium-bodied palate opening on warming, spicy white pepper, allspice and plenty of toffee sweetness. Quite herbal too.
Finish
Good length, fading on sweet Golden Syrup, freshly cut herbs and dark chocolate.
