Nose: Fruity and spicy nose, with notes of cooked fruit, bananas in syrup, Demerara sugar, custard and rum and raisin. Touches of dark chocolate.
Palate: Medium-bodied palate opening on warming, spicy white pepper, allspice and plenty of toffee sweetness. Quite herbal too.
Finish: Good length, fading on sweet Golden Syrup, freshly cut herbs and dark chocolate.
