The Tidal Blianc Rum
This rum pays homage to the British coastline with an infusion of rock samphire foraged from the shorelines of Jersey. The rock samphire brings delicately salty, herbaceous notes of citrus that ought to shine in the likes of a Mojito or a Daiquiri.
