This fabulous Jamaican rum comes from the New Yarmouth Distillery, which is part of the Appleton Estate. Distilled in 1994, it was matured in a single cask for a generous 26 years – 24 in a tropical climate and a final two years in a continental climate, where it was then independently bottled by the fabulous Thompson Bros. A well aged rum, packing tonnes of fruity esters, this is a real treat!

Ripe, pungent fruit – banana and sweet caramelised pineapple with earthy oak, and leathery, herbal spice.
