Excellent independently bottled rum from That Boutique-y Rum Company right here, folks! Secret Distillery #7 is from a... Well, a secret distillery, funnily enough. What we do know is that it comes from Barbados and has enjoyed 21 years of maturation before being bottled up at 52.6% ABV. The Boutique-y Rum team on the label look pretty excited about it!
Batch 1 is a release of 407 bottles.
Caraway, honeycomb, menthol, quite oily at points.
Black tea, cherry, tangy plum, almond, and leafy green notes.
Liquorice, subtle floral brightness, and ginger.
