Here we've got another spectacular rum bottled up by That Boutique-y Rum Company, though the distillery that it comes from remains a mystery! It was produced in El Salvador, and it's a multi-column rum matured for 13 years before being bottled at 57.8% ABV. Perhaps the label holds a hint to its origins...? It does feature a reference to the origins of a name of a place in El Salvador, so perhaps!
Batch 1 is a release of 462 bottles.
A balanced notes of sweet toffee and herbaceous grassy hints.
Marmalade, resinous oak, tropical fruit, and chewy raisins.
Softly toasty, with vegetal notes drifting in along the way.
