Haiti 18 Year Old (That Boutique-y Rum Company) 50cl

An impressive aged rum from Haiti, independently bottled by That Boutique-y Rum Company for its Cinema Series. This sugar cane juice-based rum was column distilled in 2004, spending its first six years maturing in Haiti, before being transferred to the UK to complete its 18-year maturation. With complex layers of tart fruit, creamy caramel, and earthy oak, it's a fab find from those Boutique-y folks.

Batch 4 is a release of 451 bottles.
