Haiti 17 Year Old (That Boutique-y Rum Company)
That Boutique-y Rum Company has gone and bottled up its third batch of exceptional Haitian rum! This expression was distilled in a column still, and was aged in Haiti for six years before finishing the rest of its 17 year long maturation in the UK. Eventually, it was bottled up at a generous 59.2% ABV, and bestowed a rather wonderful label.
Batch 3 is a release of 385 bottles.
