Palate Bold, sweet, and spicy with dense notes of treacle toffee and oily oak, rich molasses, and cracked peppercorns. There's some chilli flake and root ginger heat, doused with candied pinepple and zesty grapefruit.
Finish Those warming spices linger on the edges while rich, sweet burnt sugar, oily, rubbery molasses, and a tannic oak tail off elegantly.
