The team at Rutland Square sampled over 100 different tea variants before settling on Oolong white tea as the key botanical for this Chai Spiced Rum. A base of sherry cask-matured Caribbean rum is infused with the likes of white tea, cardamom, star anise, and ginger, for a rich, warming profile, with balanced sweetness and spice.
