“Not a fan or white rum but when I tried this at the Abbey, I had to buy it. I find most white rums bland but this has a lovely warm flavour to it. Best neat, but if you must it works well in 7up or Sprite. Cola spoils it I am afraid”

A white rum from the St Nicholas Abbey distillery in Barbados. Winner of the Bronze Medal at the 2012 International Wine and Spirits Competition in London, the highest medal awarded in its category.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sweet but complex with creamy, stewed fruit salad and honeyed notes.
Palate
Vanilla and exotic spices alongside more of the fruits from the nose, orange, melon, even papaya.
Finish
More savoury with cracked black pepper.
Overall
Complex, warming and full of flavour.
