This fine blend of pot and column still rum was made by St. Nicholas Abbey in Barbados and bottled at a big 60% ABV after 12 years of maturation in a single cask.

Oak spice, tobacco, butter, chocolate, dried fruits, hazelnut, vanilla, brown sugar, and crème brûlée.
