Description
A 12 year old rum from Fiji's South pacific distillery, distilled in 2004 and finished in a German wine cask - which is not very common for rums at all! This was bottled in 2016 by Bonpland, with only 488 bottles produced.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Grilled pineapple and spicy oak, with a twist of fresh lemon.
Palate
Honey, green peppercorn, sharp white grape and a touch of salted butter.
Finish
Lasting vanilla, cinnamon and tropical fruit.
