This is an independently bottled rum from Haiti, distilled in 2004 and bottled 13 years later in 2017 by Silver Seal as part of their Rum is Nature range. 355 bottles were produced. Excellent labels on these releases, by the way.
Fried banana, cumin, burnt sugar and a touch of golden syrup.
