A 2003 vintage rum from the Sancti Spiritus distillery in Cuba, bottled in 2015 for the Bristol Spirits range - a neat connection between South West England and the Latin America country.
Quite light with notes of tropical fruit and white pepper. Ought to make for some very nice mixed drinks and cocktails...
