Italian indie bottler Samaroli has gone and released another well-aged Demerara rum. This one was distilled back in 2003, and eventually bottled up in 2020 at a generous 50% ABV. It was drawn from a single cask, and boasts a flavour profile packed with cooked fruit and toasted sugar notes, alongside a hint of aromatic spice.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Slightly charred pineapple and stewed berries, caraway, sandalwood, brown sugar melting in a pan, a hint of floral sweetness.
