
An indie bottling of well-aged rum all the way from Barbados, distilled back in 2001. Eventually, in 2021, it was bottled up in Scotland by Samaroli, a company with a long history of bottling excellent rums and whiskies.
Dense notes of warm oak and dried peels, with a delicate floral waft here and there. A slow build of caraway and cumin spiciness, mellowed by chewy dates and walnuts.
