This expression really shows off the brilliance of pineapple and rum, and enhances it with layers of rich caramel notes and a contrasting touch of salinity, making for a satisfying sip. Serve over ice with a good chunk of fresh pineapple if you've got some to hand, otherwise a wedge of citrus will do nicely.

Zingy pineapple, mellowed by vanilla, with a touch of charred fruit underneath. Subtle orange and green apple hints, and a waft of grassy sweetness.
