Rhum Rhum Liberation is a popular series of excellent rhum agricole bottlings, produced on the island of Marie-Galante. They offer up oodles of complexity and flavour, and are well-loved among rum enthusiasts. This right here is the 2020 edition, which features a selection of birds on the label. One of them seems to be eating the tree which the other birds are standing on. A power move.

Lemon and citrus blossom, with a hint of lavender too, followed by dense cooking spice and a layer of runny honey.
