Description

A Costa Rican XO created by the team behind El Pasador de Oro, blending rums made from cane juice, molasses and cane honey. Dual ageing in bourbon and Cognac casks adds polish and warmth.

Nose

Vanilla fudge, dried fruit, toasted oak and soft spice.

Palate

Rounded sweetness, caramelised sugar, ripe fruit and gentle oak tannin.

Smooth, warming and softly spiced.
