Bought this for my sons Christmas, not much of a rum drinker myself but I do love a daiquiri, he gave us all a taste and I was amazed at how amazing it tasted! Very cherry with a lot of (but not overpowering) vanilla aroma. Might have to pinch a bit for cocktails. Will definitely buy again as a great price too.
I've had loads of these #173 rums and they never disappoint, never any need for a mixer, just enjoy over ice. The black cherry is my favourite .
I can’t usually get into drinking rum, more a malt whisky drinker, but decided to get a bottle for Christmas for when the family arrive, it will not last that long! A superb drinkable rum, I have been won over.
I'm not usually one for a sipping rum, usually prefer mine with coke or ginger beer. But this, with an ice cube, is smooth and delicious. Black forest gateaux in a glass.
