This vintage Guyanese Demerara Port Mourant rum was distilled all the way back in 1999. It matured in American oak and finished for a period in Port pipes, bringing gentle sweetness and red berry notes. It was independently bottled by Bristol Spirits in 2015.
Dark caramel and singed marshmallows, with cacao nibs, dried cherries and currants, and plenty of oaky spice.
