A single cask rum here from Plantation, made from a blend of pot and column still rum, distilled from molasses that was fermented for three-to-four days back in 2016. It was aged in signature Plantation style, with four years of 'tropical ageing' in Barbados in a bourbon cask, followed by a year of 'continental ageing' in a Ferrand cask in Cognac. It was then finished for four months in a Port cask. Lots of interesting barrels adding up to one tasty rum.

Through aromatic ginger and clove spice comes dry fig, raspberry, oily walnuts, earthy vanilla, orange peel, and coffee.
