A limited edition Dominican rum from Patridom. Made from a combo of fresh sugar cane juice and molasses, the rum underwent generous tropical ageing in a host of American and French oak barrels, followed by a second continental maturation in cherry wine barrels before bottling at an overall age of 12 to 15 years.
Bright and fruity, a smidge of grassy cane nestles beneath silky vanilla and sweet, ripe cherries and berries, with drying oaken spice on the tail.
