This pure sugar cane agricole rum from Guadeloupe was distilled in March 2022 and then treated to a rest in a cask that previously contained Cognac. The cask has imparted silky notes of vanilla and toasted oak alongside the vibrant, herbaceous sugar cane at its core, making this a superb sipper, and an interesting choice for some spirit-forward cocktails.
