Produced at the Mt. Uncle Distillery in Australia, this rum is distilled from fresh sugar cane syrup, for a silky, gently herbaceous sweetness. Filtered through volcanic rock from the Cairns Tablelands, it boasts a glorious texture, making it ideal for both sipping and mixing.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Fresh cane and pressed juices, a subtle hint of citrus oil, and distant green herbs, with prickles of peppery warmth towards the finish.
