Months of innovative development and testing by master blender Trudiann Branker and the team led to a recipe that boasts red grapefruit, originating in Barbados, as one of the leading flavours. Built upon a base of unaged copper pot and column-distilled rum, the natural grapefruit flavour is joined by locally distilled Barbados ginger, alongside orange, and cinnamon, plus a helping of Mount Gay Estate-grown sugar. Balancing strength and flavour with a medley of sweet, juicy citrus and gentle spice, this will work a treat mixed with cola or ginger beer, or try it in a signature Spiced 'n' Stormy!
